Meet the Founder
Founder & Executive Director
For Ariyanna Campenella, the vision for Shalom Learning Center is deeply personal.
When her son was diagnosed with autism at just 18 months old, Ariyanna began a journey familiar to many families—spending countless hours each week traveling between therapy appointments, coordinating services, and advocating for her child's needs.
While grateful for the support available, she often found that therapy environments, particularly ABA services, could feel clinical rather than warm and nurturing. She began imagining something different: a place where specialized education and therapeutic support could come together in an environment that felt welcoming, compassionate, and centered around the whole child.
Drawing from her personal journey as a mother and her professional experience in early childhood education, Ariyanna envisioned Shalom Learning Center—a place where children of all abilities could receive individualized support while experiencing the joy, connection, and belonging every childhood deserves.
Rooted in faith, compassion, and understanding, her mission is to help create the kind of environment she wished for during her own family's journey—one where parents feel supported, children are celebrated for who they are, and differences are embraced.
